The pickles are excellent, but the customer service with this company is truly fantastic. I had a minor issue with shipping, and they were so helpful and courteous and did everything they could to make sure I had a good experience with their product. The pickles are GREAT.........but.......first let me say that I'm not looking for any kind of compensation.....I have ordered from you 3 times and 2 times they arrived leaking........last time the leak was bad they had lost a third of the brine......this time only about 1/4 of an inch but still a mess........I'm sure the altitude difference is part of the issue but also they are packed on their side so that puts the hydraulic pressure right on the seal........I'm not sure what is happening but it's not good for anybody.......this is not really a complaint more of an FYI..........thanks Ray Glaser [****]

I wasnt a pickle girl. These are fine. I love honey mustard and I like the crunch. It is a little more tart/sour then expected. I am now a spicy honey mustard pickle girl.
